Help volunteers restore the incredible history of Japanese American farmers
Help us Save Nikkei Farm History - One farm at a time!
The Kansha History Project is a community-based, volunteer-powered history initiative that is transcribing thousands of federal farm property records and making them available to families. In the last two years, 200+ volunteers have transcribed 6,000+ records. More than 1,000 people have attended community events and over 98% have said that they would recommend the events. We have also returned more than 360 farm records to families.
